Our swimming pond offers a natural habitat for many animals and for a refreshing bath. You can enjoy sunbathing in a mild alpine climate. The water is clean and fine without any chemicals, a carefully selected planting of the swimming area separated regeneration areas ensures a natural and biological water treatment, like a natural pond where we find perfect ecological system.
In the big natural designed garden, we have many places where to linger under the trees in a hammock or on the pond by sunbathing. With shady spots under trees, lawn for picnic blanket, wooden terrace for sunbeds and secluded patio, our garden invites you to linger. The children can play on the trampoline or in the large garden, and they can also play ping pong and whip on the whips.
In the winter months the quite position of our apartment house offers many possibilities to make relaxing hiking tours or to enjoy the view to the Dolomites on the iced swimming pond.
